My funds are invested, can I get a refund?

Since the company has already closed on your funds, unfortunately, your investment can no longer be refunded. An investor may cancel an investment commitment for any reason until 48 hours prior to a close on funds. During the 48 hours prior to such deadline, an investment commitment may not be cancelled.

Additionally, as a transactional system, Capital2Market does not have the ability to refund investments since it is not permitted to control an investor’s funds. Capital2Market directs investors to transmit funds to an Issuer’s escrow account and third party bank to hold the funds for the benefit of the investors and the issuer. When funds are refunded, they are from the Issuer's escrow account, not Capital2Market.
